Jerry Gross

Experience:

Jerry is the property manager for all real estate entities. She is in charge of all capital budgeting and the competitive bidding for outside services. With over 28 years experience in the industry, she covers it all, from interior finish design to capital budgeting. She oversees a dedicated staff of 8 who take considerable pride in our properties. The average tenure of our maintenance staff is over 25 years.

Jerry and her team are one of the reasons Luken Holdings has such tremendous customer loyalty and retention. They pride themselves on excellent customer service and attention to detail.
