Controller

I began my real estate career at Osborne Building Corporation in the late eighties as an assistant to the Director of Leasing. In 1990 I was promoted to the Leasing Administrator for Osborne Bldg Corp and then I went on to become a Leasing Broker. I left the Osborne Bldg Corp, which had been purchased by Bob Corker and was now the Corker Group, in 2000 and worked in tenant representation, healthcare real estate, property management and accounting for a local hospital.

Lynda Childress, the current President/CEO, contacted me in June 2009 and offered me a job at Luken Holdings as the Controller. I was excited to return to commercial real estate working with this great group of people. I enjoy accounting tremendously, but I miss the tenant interaction.

Ms. Childress states that Beth Robertson and I had worked together at Osborne Building Corporation back in 1990 and knew that she was a person of honesty and integrity. We needed someone that knew the properties, was very detail oriented and that could be trusted. I have found this to be true with Beth. She is very dedicated, staying late most every night, and working diligently to learn and grow at Luken Holdings. She is a great asset to our staff.
