Sam Fowler

Sam was first employed by Osborne in May of 1992. He handles HVAC and in-house electrical for Luken properties. Sam has a Class I Electrical License, Class I Journeyman's HVAC License, Class I Gas Fitter License and Class I Refrigeration License.

Sam lives on Lookout Mountain, GA and has two sons, Sam, Jr. (age 23) and Heath (age 21).
